Academic Pressure and it's impact

The academic environment is often characterized by high expectations which can contribute to significant stress.

Students are expected to perform well in assignments, tests and exams, maintain high grades and they are also expected to participate in society groups within the schools or universities all while managing personal and social lives.

This pressure can lead to burnout, anxiety and depression this impact of such stress is profound, affecting  not only  academic performance but also  personal development  and overall quality of life. It's important to realize that while academic performance is important, it should not come at the cost of mental health.
